Wild Rose
In March 2008, OPAL began construction on a 7.1 acre parcel located across from the medical clinic on Mt. Baker Road. The Wild Rose Meadow neighborhood is designed in clusters of five to eight homes with common open space screening one cluster from another.
Phase I (18 homes) was completed in 2009. Phase II (14 homes) was completed in 2010. House sizes range from 950 sq. ft. to 1,700 sq. ft. In addition, the neighborhood has a community garden, pedestrian pathways, and convenient access to Eastsound village.
